This package includes use of the venue:

Friday 11 am – 7 pm,

Saturday 10 am – 11:30 pm,

Sunday 9 am-10 am

Friday: This allows time for setup, decorating, and rehearsal (even rehearsal dinner if desired) on Friday.

Saturday: Ceremony and Reception. The wedding reception ends at 11 pm.

Sunday: Pick up personal decorations/belongings) unless prior arrangements are made with SHWB.

*Includes up to 200 total guest setup.

BOTH Packages include:

large assortment of decorations to use if needed (inventory list with pictures and quantity available)
tables and chairs for up to 250 guests for the reception
on-site wedding ceremony with chairs for up to 250 guests
4 large wood farm tables for head table or guest tables
buffet tables, cake table, gift tables, and cocktail tables
table set up according to the agreed upon table layout in advance
caterer’s room, including refrigerator & ice freezer
